Outside&Inside Shading System:
Our shading system employs shading nets atop the greenhouse, expertly designed to provide cooling and diffuse sunlight during summer, preventing crop burn and lowering indoor temperatures by 4-6 °C. By selecting varying shading rates and adjusting net positions, optimal sunlight exposure for different crops is ensured. Choose high shading rate nets for enhanced cooling, typically black flat or folded nets, considering durability, strength, and energy efficiency.
The electric control box facilitates the automated or manual operation of the sunshade net, with travel limit switch for automatic start/stop and optional temperature, time, and light control. Integration with a weather station system allows for seamless automatic computer control.
Shade nets are categorized into flat and folded types, and further into gauze, aluminum foil, and aluminized nets. For external shading, black gauze is generally preferred.
Internal Sunshade System
Installed inside the greenhouse, our internal shade nets block excess solar radiation during summer, diffusing light to protect crops and reduce temperatures. When paired with a cooling pad fan system, cooling efficiency is significantly enhanced. During winter and nighttime, it curtails infrared overflow, minimizes heat loss, conserves heating space, and reduces energy consumption, thereby lowering operational costs.
Hydroponic Growing System:
Soilless culture is a pioneering cultivation method that uses substrates instead of natural soil, or substrates only during seedling stages, with nutrient solutions for irrigation post-planting. This innovative approach mimics an ideal rhizosphere environment, effectively preventing issues like soil-borne diseases and salt accumulation. It meets the comprehensive needs of crops for nutrients, water, and air, thus ensuring high yield and quality. Additionally, the materials used are recyclable, making this method exceptionally water-efficient, fertilizer-saving, labor-reducing, and overall more productive.
Water Fertilizer Machine:
The integrated automatic control system for water and fertilizer allows for seamless and efficient management. This sophisticated system encompasses components such as water source engineering, head hub, fertilizer applicator, filtration system, field pipe network, valve controllers, solenoid valves, and control software. It also includes climate and soil moisture monitoring stations. This system intelligently monitors and controls water supply timing, fertilization concentration, and irrigation levels. Real-time data from transmitters informs the system to open or close solenoid valves, optimizing irrigation schedules and improving water efficiency. Such automation reduces labor costs and ensures precise irrigation tailored to specific needs.
Drip Irrigation System:
The drip irrigation system is composed of a head hub, pipelines, and drippers.
1. First Hub: This includes a water pump, fertilization tank, filter, and control instruments. It functions to pump, fertilize, filter, and ensure pressurized water is directed into the main pipe.
2. Pipelines: These include main, branch, and capillary pipes, equipped with adjustment tools like pressure gauges and flow regulators. Their main role is to distribute pressurized water evenly to the drippers.
3. Dripper: Designed to allow water to pass through tiny pores, reducing its pressure to drip gently into the soil. Drippers can be placed on the soil surface or shallowly buried for protection.
Intelligent Control System:
Our advanced intelligent control system uses a DHT11 sensor to collect temperature and humidity data, processed by an STC89C52 microcontroller. The results are displayed on an LCD1602 module. Temperature control is managed via PWM, adjusting the M4QA045 motor speed according to temperature ranges. Humidity is monitored and alarms are triggered if it falls outside the 45%RH to 65%RH range. The system communicates with a PC via RS23 protocol, providing comprehensive monitoring and control, ensuring optimal environmental conditions within the greenhouse.
