Product Description

1.Feature:Corrugated paper uses space cross-linking technology, which make it with high water absorption, high water resistant, mildew resistance, corrosion resistance, long service life.  
2.Principle:Cooling pad installed at one end of the greenhouse, the suction ventilator installed in the other end. When the air in greenhouse is needed to cool down, the control system of fan will start, the indoor air is forced out and build-up the negative pressure; At the same time, the water pump water the cooling pad. The negative pressure cause the indraft through the wet pad , leading to evaporation and cooling, then the cold air flow through the greenhouse, absorb the indoor heat, so as to achieve the purpose of the circulating cooling.

3.Application: 

1) Industrial fields: textile, socks/clothes making, glass, molding, rubber, coating, silk-screen printing, toy, electronics, home appliances, shoe making, printing, food stuff, processing, dyeing, laundry and other workshops with high temperature.

2) Civil fields: net bars, stores, supermarkets, mess hall, food markets, waiting-rooms and recreation places and other occasions with air-conditioning.

3) Agricultural fields: large farms, greenhouse and livestock farms, etc.


Evaporative cooling pads is made by kraft paper , using the natural water as the cooling agent. This Cellulose paper wet curtain cooling pads are widely used in Greenhouse. And the perfect match between the exhaust fan and cooling pads can achieve the best ventilation & cooling effect for the users:
Commonly if the distance between exhaust fan and cooling pads is longer than 32 meters, or if the flowers in the Greenhouse are sensitive to the temperature, and has a small anti-high temperature ability, we suggest users use cooling pads in 15cm thickness. Otherwise, 10cm cooling pads is enough for Greenhouse.
