Outside&Inside Shading System:
The system is to install shading nets outside the greenhouse (the top of the greenhouse). Its main function is to shading and cooling in summer, so that sunlight diffuses into the greenhouse, ensuring that indoor crops are not burned by strong light, and at the same time, it can reduce the temperature of indoor greenhouse by 4_6 °C. By choosing shading nets with different shading rates and adjusting the opening and closing positions of the screen nets, the needs of different crops for sunlight can be met. In addition to considering the service life, strength, thermal insulation, and energy-saving effects of external net selection, try to choose a shading net with a high shading rate to make the cooling effect better. The outer net is generally black flat net or this folded net.
The electric control box controls the opening and closing of the sunshade net. Automatic start and stop can be realized through the travel limit switch, and it can also be manually started and stopped. It can also be equipped with temperature control, time control, and light control equipment, and is connected to the weather station system to realize automatic computer control.

Internal sunshade system

If used in conjunction with the cooling pad fan cooling system, the cooling efficiency can be greatly improved, the air volume for indoor cooling and ventilation is less, and the airflow is more smooth. In winter and at night, the system can effectively organize infrared overflow, reduce heat loss, reduce heating space, and reduce heat energy consumption, thereby reducing the operating cost of the greenhouse.
Hydroponic Growing System:
Soilless culture refers to a cultivation method in which a substrate is used instead of natural soil or a substrate is used only when raising seedlings, and a nutrient solution is used for irrigation after planting. Because soilless culture can artificially create a good rhizosphere environment to replace the soil environment, it can effectively prevent the physiological obstacles caused by soil continuous cropping diseases and soil salt accumulation, and fully meet the needs of crops for environmental conditions such as mineral nutrition, water, and gas. The basic materials can be recycled, so it has the characteristics of water saving, fertilizer saving, labor saving, high yield and high quality.
Water fertilizer machine:
The integrated automatic control system of water and fertilizer can help producers to realize automatic integrated management of water and fertilizer easily. The integrated water and fertilizer system usually includes water source engineering, head hub, fertilizer applicator, filtration system, field water transmission and distribution pipe network system, valve controller, solenoid valve and control software platform and other parts, as well as supporting field climate monitoring station and soil moisture monitoring station. . Through the organic combination with the water supply system, intelligent control is realized. It can realize intelligent monitoring and control of water supply time, fertilization concentration and water supply in irrigation. The transmitter (soil moisture transmitter, flow transmitter, etc.) will monitor the irrigation status in real time. When the soil moisture in the irrigation area reaches the preset lower limit, the solenoid valve can be opened automatically. After the liquid level reaches the preset irrigation quota, the solenoid valve system can be automatically closed. The rotation of the solenoid valves in the entire irrigation area can be scheduled according to the time period, and the irrigation and moisture collection can be manually controlled. The whole system can coordinate work to implement rotation irrigation, fully improve irrigation water efficiency, save water and electricity, reduce labor intensity, and reduce labor input costs. In practical consumption, due to different water supply conditions and irrigation requirements, the integrated automatic fertilization system of water and fertilizer may only be composed of local equipment.
Drip Irrigation System:
The drip irrigation system generally consists of a head hub, pipelines and drippers.

3. Dripper: Its function is to make the water flow through the tiny pores, form energy loss, reduce its pressure, and make it drip into the soil in a dripping manner. Drippers are usually placed on the soil surface and can also be buried shallowly for protection.
Intelligent Control System:
DHT11 temperature and humidity sensor collects data, STC89C52 microcontroller performs data processing, and LCD1602 display module displays temperature and humidity. The temperature adjustment module is controlled by PWM. When the temperature is less than 18ºC, the M4QA045 motor stops running. When the greenhouse is greater than 28ºC, the M4QA045 motor runs at full speed. When the temperature is between 18ºC and 28ºC, the M4QA045 is controlled by PWM. Motor speed. The humidity alarm module is controlled by the STC89C52 microcontroller outputting high and low levels. When the humidity is greater than 65%RH or less than 45%RH, the STC89C52 microcontroller outputs a high level and the humidity alarm module alarms. When the humidity is between 45%RH and 65%RH , STC89C52 microcontroller output low level, the humidity alarm module is closed. The single-chip microcomputer communicates with the upper PC through the RS23 communication protocol. The system can not only complete the collection, processing and display of greenhouse environmental information independently by the single chip system, but also can complete the monitoring work by the PC.
